Annual Renewal Fee

Starting 16 December, LifeVantage will introduce an annual $55 AUD / $55 NZD Renewal Fee — a common industry standard that helps us continue improving the tools, technology, and support you use to build your business.

Your Renewal Fee Includes Access To:

✅ Commission eligibility
✅ Replicated website
✅ Business tools & reporting


When It Starts:
  • First charge: 16 December for Consultants who enrolled between Nov 2009–2024.
  • Going forward, it will charge on the 16th of the month after your enrolment anniversary each year.
    (Example: Enrolled June 25 → Renewal Fee charged July 16)

The Renewal Fee will automatically charge the most recently used card on file. You can choose to downgrade to Customer anytime if you don’t wish to renew.

If someone has not renewed, after 30 days their back office is put on hold in which a banner will appear explaining that their renewal fee is due.

Note, no commissions are withheld.

After 60 days they are suspended or re classified as a customer if they have an active Autoship or if there is one or more orders in the last 12 month period.

After 90 days and still no response or activity they are terminated.
